Meet our welcoming reception team — Nicole, Sam, and Jenny. They're here to ensure your experience at our clinic is smooth and pleasant, whether you're making appointments or picking up remedies.

Booking an appointment is easy. Simply give us a call at 03 9844 4881 or email info@possumhollow.com.au. If it's after hours, don't worry—we have an answering service available. Leave a detailed message, and one of our staff will get back to you promptly on the next business day. We strive to accommodate your preferred days and times with the practitioner you need. To avoid any inconvenience, please note that our receptionists take lunch breaks. Calling in the morning is advisable to help you as best we can especially if you are needing remedies posted out.

We welcome clients from all over Victoria, interstate, and even from overseas. If you're visiting Melbourne, simply email or call us ahead of time to schedule an appointment, or we can arrange phone consultations. Due to COVID-19 precautions, if you're experiencing upper respiratory infections or fevers, consultations will need to be with Maedy and conducted via phone.

To ensure you don't miss your appointment, we confirm all bookings using our SMS appointment reminder service or via phone—whichever you prefer—2-3 days before your scheduled visit. To be fair to your practitioner and those on our waiting list, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or appointment changes.
