Christmas Message and 2024-2025 Open Hours
As we approach the end of the year, it is a time for both reflection and hope. Reflection on the year that has passed, and hope as we look forward to the opportunities and possibilities that 2025 holds. How can we make next year better—for ourselves, our community, and even the planet? How can we create meaningful moments and reconnect with joy, creativity, adventure, and laughter?
What small or big changes can we make that will improve our lives and inspire the world around us?
I recently heard an analogy about Christmas and emotions that resonated deeply. Imagine Christmas as a magnifying glass: when things are going well emotionally, the festive season can amplify those good feelings. But, when life feels heavy—whether due to illness, loneliness, family drama, grief, or conflict—those emotions can also be magnified. While we cannot always change the circumstances, we can change our perspective or actions. In doing so, we can shift the emotional landscape of the season, even when it feels difficult.
Everyone’s journey is unique, and some stories are filled with more challenges than others. If this Christmas feels particularly tough, remember that nurturing begins with yourself. Can you adjust the situation, or would it help to change how you view it? Perhaps this means letting go of unrealistic expectations, simplifying the holidays, setting healthy boundaries, or finding ways to connect with people you miss. Sometimes, healing comes from forgiveness, open communication, or simply recognizing that letting go is the healthiest choice.
Here at the clinic, we want to express our deepest gratitude for your support throughout the year. Whether you’re celebrating quietly at home or surrounded by family,
we hope the holiday season brings you peace, joy, and comfort.
Our team—Maedy, Melanie, Meredith, Fiona, Jenny, Sam, Nicole and Dale,—sends warm wishes for your health and happiness in the New Year. If you need any last-minute Christmas presents, such as gift vouchers, or need to stock up on supplements, we encourage you to come in before the Christmas rush.
Taking care of your body, mind, and soul is key to feeling your best in the year ahead.
We look forward to supporting your health and well-being in 2025.
