2 cups almond milk (bought or made) or use a rice milk for lighter flavour
1/2 cup of almond spread
1/3 cup maple syrup
Pinch of salt
One vanilla pod - scraped
It was so simple. You could use an ice cream maker. I do not have an ice cream maker therefor I mixed all the ingredients in the blender, then poured it into an ice cube maker and placed it in the freezer. I did this in the morning and then just before serving desert that night put all the frozen cubed almond ingredients back in the blender and blended it up to serve with strawberries. So easy and so yummy.
