We do our best to find appointments for the days and times you prefer with the practitioner you need. We look forward to hearing from you soon. Reception do have lunch breaks so if calling or calling in to pick up remedies please take this into account. Calling first in the morning is a great idea as we can always leave something out for you to save any inconvenience for you..
We see a number of people from around Victoria and Interstate and even those that have moved overseas. In these cases it is best to email or call and tell us when you are in Melbourne so we can book you an appointment ahead of time. Or if you need phone consults. Possum Hollow has HICAPS facilities for people with private health insurances to enable claiming massages to be processed before leaving the clinic for most health funds. All appointments are confirmed using our SMS appointment reminder service or a phone (depending on your preference) 2-3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. In fairness to your practitioner and the many people on our waiting list, please give us 24 hours notice for cancellations and appointment changes.
