Turkey Meat Balls
Ingredients
2 turkey breasts
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh corriander
1 zucchini, grated
1/4 cup crumbed fetta
1 egg

Directions
1. Cut turkey breasts into small pieces then blend together in food processor until smooth
2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients and blend again
3. Place scattered plain flour over a bench then grab a spoonful of mixture and roll into a ball, making sure to layer with a bit of flour
4. Grease BBQ then on medium heat cook meatballs until cooked through
