Tandoori Paste
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon of coriander seeds
- 5 green cardamon pods
- 10 cloves
- 2 tablespoons of chilli powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of cumin ceeds
- 1 tablspoons ground turmeric
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon murray river salt
- 40 g brown sugar
- 120 g passata
- 100g garlic crushed
- 80g ginger crushed
- 180mls of organic olive oil
Directions
Simply place all ingredients into a blender and blend for 20 seconds on high speed. Transfer into sealed jar. Cover with a little extra oil to preserve.
Here It has been spread on barramundi before baking in the oven for 20minutes.
