Paleo Skewers
Ingredients
- 3 tomato
- 2 zucchini
- 1 onion
- 2 steak
- Ground pepper and rosemary for flavour

This is a simple recipe that often gets forgotten. It is great to cook on the BBQ and serves lovely with salad. I cut all ingredients into small cube size pieces. On the metal skewers I threaded the food, alternating ingredients, to give them a colourful look. I cooked them on the BBQ sprinkled with pepper and rosemary whilst cooking. If Fructose sensitive leave the onion out. This dish served 5 so increase for more people.
