Homemade tzatziki dip
Ingredients
- 8-10 cm of continental cucumber
- 1/2 teaspoon himalayan salt
- 1 garlic clove
- green ends of 2 spring onions or equivalent of dill
- pinch of black pepper
- 350g lactose free natural yoghurt
- 20mls lime juice
- 30mls olive oil

Directions
1. Blend up cucumber, salt and garlic clove - drain or squeeze the water out. Even if need to use paper towelling if too damp.
2. Mix yoghurt, lime juice, olive oil, pinch of black pepper and the cucumber mix together. until serving store in the refrigerator.
