Savoury Salad Plate For Breakfast
This is not like a normal recipe it is more about ideas and building on your plate.
1. Choose one fruit - Nectarine, peach, berries, green banana, canteloupe
2. Choose a protein - walnuts, pecan, sprinkle of pepita seeds, chia seed
3. Maybe a cheese - goats cheese or natural lactose free yoghurt
4. Add the greens - cucumber slices, coriander, lettuce, parsley, celery
5. Sprinkle some black pepper on top
