Gluten Free Strawberry Cake - GF, DF
Ingredients
- 120g Nuttelex
- 2 Eggs
- 100ml Rice Milk
- 1 1/2 tspns vanilla essence or paste
- 120g raw sugar ( less if keeping sugar down)
- 1220g Gluten free self raising flour
- Strawberry punnet
- 1 teasponn baking powder
Directions
1. Preheat oven 180C and grease loaf tin
2. Melt butter
3. Mix all other ingredients together for at least 30 second in blender
4. Pour into loaf tin. Cut up five strawberries and drop and lightly stir into mixture. Put in oven and cook for 25-35minutes
5. Once cooked sprinkle gluten free icing sugar on top and i decorated simply with more of the strawberries.
