Dragon Fruit Smoothie - GF, DF, Vegan
Ingredients
- One dragon fruit ( Pitaya) - use the pink skin with white flesh or alternately the red skin with red flesh for a richer colour like in photo
- Punnet of Strawberries
- One Banana
- One Passionfruit
- One Litre of coconut water
- Serve with crushed walnuts, pepita's and some shredded organic coconut
Directions
Mix all the fruit together in a blender with the coconut water and serve cold. I put two leaves from the garden in it and the toppings to look pretty and create a nutty flavour on top. this recipe made 5 drinks.This recipe was inspired by this bright red one ordered at Vegan cafe in St. Kilda called Matcha Milk Bar. Highly recommended.
