Christmas Stuffing
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of macadamia oil
- 2 cups of Celery
- 1/4 cup of Parsley
- 12 cups of gluten free bread (Zedneher is the one i like to use 2 loaves)
- 1/2 cups Sage
- 1 cup of Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup of cut Walnuts
- 1/4 cup of Pine Nuts toasted
- LOVE
Directions
Roast the Pine Nuts and set aside. Toast the bread and blend up in blender. Cook lightly the celery in the oil. Mix all ingredients together and roll into foil to cook in the oven for 30 minutes on 180 degree Celsius. Then undo the foil and leave for another 7 minutes.
Ideally serve hot with your Christmas Dinner.
