This is found in soya lecithin or egg lecithin. It is used for demylination diseases, MS, viral and bacterial encephalitis.
It works via reducing the cortisol excretion during intense exercise. It facilitates nerve function, improves memory, learning, and concentration. It improves the release of dopamine and acetylcholine, inhibits tumour necrosis factor(TNF), maintains flexibility of cell membranes, neurotransmitter release sand snaptic activity. Stimulates the synthesis of nerve growth factor.
It has clinically been proven to improve memory and sharp thinking, enhancing concentration, vocabulary skills and learning and to support cognitive abilities. It was always thought it would be more useful for adults but now it is found also to be useful for children, teenagers and young adults.
