Covid vaccinations -Talk to your GP and other health practitioners in terms of your individual safety and health. My wish is that hopefully in the future people can choose whether they want to vaccinate against Covid or not. If they do choose to vaccinate, hopefully, they can choose which one is best for them.
BEFORE YOU VACCINATE
- See your naturopath ideally 2-3 weeks before. This will help you with specific nutrients for your immune system.
- Book your vaccine for a morning.
- Book to see your naturopath within 24 hours of this vaccination.
- In the lead up get good sleep and keep stress levels down
- Keep toxins like smoking, alcohol, and caffeine out.
- Exercise regularly
- Eat really well with regular greens, healthy protein foods and whole foods.
- Drink filtered water and keep hydrated.
AFTER YOUR VACCINATION
- See your Naturopath within 24 hours of your vaccine.
- Get good sleep over the next week or 2. Especially before doing a second dose.
- Avoid alcohol.
- Eat healthy meals, Eat well with lots of green and quality foods and fish.
- Keep stress down as this helps the immune systems response.
- Nutrients before and after: Vit D, Zinc, Vit A, Pre/probiotics, silica, turmeric, and magnesium. - Do not smoke.
- Exercise regularly
- Spend time in nature and natural sunlight.

- How long the covid vaccines last
- Which ones are more effective on different strains
- Longer term effects of having had covid.
- How this vaccine works with other vaccines and can it be mixed into a flu vaccine
- How efficient it is in immune compromised individuals.
- Is it safe with for autoimmune conditions
- How certain vaccines or the infection effects blood flow and circulation. This might mean assessing genetic tendencies to help practitioners chose the right covid vaccine appropriate to you.
- How efficient or safe it will be for children (under 16)
- Data on pregnancy and lactating mothers
- Safety/effects on sperm, eggs - which is relative to all people preconception age or contemplating future pregnancies
- Are mRNA Vaccines or NON mRNA vaccines ( like Novavax) - which type will be more effective and have less side effects in the long run
