2.In a bowl mix the psyllium powder into the water and whisk it together and leave to stand for at least 30 minutes
3. In the blender put all the dry ingredients and blend together til ground up like flour. Once the psyllium mix is set mix it through and knead for 10 minutes and form into a loaf shape. I found it works best in a loaf tin lined with baking paper.
4. Cook in oven for 60 minutes and take out and leave until completely cooled.
5. Lovely served with a soup or with a home made dip or berry jam or banana and maple syrup.
