clove, pinch of black pepper, ginger (this enhances the anti-inflammatory action)
some maple syrup if you feel you need a sweetener
There are two different ways to make this:
THERMOMIX WAY - put all ingredients in the thermomix mix on 8 for 5 seconds. Set for 6 minutes on 90degrees and on speed 2.
SAUCEPAN WAY - pour the milk into a saucepan and cook over high heat until its hot but not boiled. Remove from heat and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir and taste. Add more milk or ingredients til taste is right.
