Carob Truffles - GF, DF
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut plus extra for coating the truffles
- 2 Tablespoons of Carob
- 2 Packets of Gluten free plain sweet biscuits
- 2/3 cup of honey ( if fructose sensitive use rice syrup)
- 1/3 cup of rice milk
1. Crush biscuits in food processor.
2. Wisk rice syrup and milk to a runny consistency
3. Mix all ingredients together adding more milk if it is a bit dry.
4. Roll into balls and coat with coconut. Refrigerate til needed.
