Beetroot Flatbread - GF, DF
1 small head of cooked cauliflower
2 peeled raw beetroots
1 cup ground almonds
pinch of salt and pepper
1. Grease approximately a 35cm lamington tin and preheat the oven to 180C.
2. Cut beetroot into 2cm cubes and put in food processer until smooth, then add the rest of the ingrdients and mix until smooth.
3. Place in lamington tin and evenly press mixture until it covers the tin approximately 2cm thick.
4. Place in oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through
5. Leave to cool
