Covid vaccinations -Talk to your GP and other health practitioners in terms of your individual safety and health. My wish is that hopefully in the future people can choose whether they want to vaccinate against Covid or not. If they do choose to vaccinate, hopefully, they can choose which one is best for them.
BEFORE YOU VACCINATE

In the lead up get good sleep and keep stress levels down
Keep toxins like smoking, alcohol, and caffeine out.
Eat really well with regular greens, healthy protein foods and whole foods.
Drink filtered water and keep hydrated.
AFTER YOUR VACCINATION
See your Naturopath within 24 hours of your vaccine.
Get good sleep over the next week or 2. Especially before doing a second dose.
Eat healthy meals, Eat well with lots of green and quality foods and fish.
Keep stress down as this helps the immune systems response.
Nutrients before and after: Vit D, Zinc, Vit A, Pre/probiotics, silica, turmeric, and magnesium. Do not smoke.
Spend time in nature and natural sunlight.
